  • "Beat" refers to a musical composition in digital audio format available for licensing from us.
  • "License" refers to the legal agreement granting you specific rights to use a Beat.
  • "Product" includes Beats, sound kits, e-books, and any other digital goods sold on our Service.

2. Beat Licensing

When you "buy" a beat from Hotcorebeatz, you are purchasing a license to use the beat under specific terms. You are not purchasing ownership of the master recording or the underlying composition. Hotcorebeatz retains all copyright and ownership.

Non-Exclusive Licenses (Leases)

This is the standard license type. It grants you limited rights to use the beat for your projects (e.g., mixtapes, demos, performances, independent videos). Key limitations include:

  • Distribution Limits: You may distribute your song up to a certain number of streams or sales, as specified in the license agreement.
  • Term: The license is typically valid for a specific period.
  • Credit: You must always give production credit in the format "Prod. by Hotcorebeatz".
  • No Alterations: You may not alter the fundamental structure of the beat (e.g., removing melodies or changing arrangements) without permission.

Exclusive Licenses

An exclusive license grants you unlimited use of the beat for any commercial purpose. Once a beat is sold exclusively, it is removed from our store and will not be licensed to others again. The licensee gains the right to monetize the new song without distribution limits.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service, including but not to text, graphics, logos, audio clips (including Beat previews), and software, is the property of Hotcorebeatz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our Products is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use our Service and Products for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any licensed Beat complies with the terms of its specific license agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
